Shipping Policy
USA (except Alaska and Haiwaii): All orders are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt to arrive within 2-7 days after it leaves our warehouse. You can expect your product within 4-9 days after your order. We use USPS or UPS for the US. If you would prefer UPS, please let us know at +1 800 809 8714.
We are using both ground and air shipping. The delivery is free above $75. Under $75, we charge $5.99 of shipping and handling.
Outside of USA:
All orders are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt. We are currently shipping only in Canada, France, the UK and Germany. For all international orders, we charge a flat fee of $29.
You can expect your order within 8-10 days of shipping.
Please note that you need to check the importing regulations in your country, you might have to pay some taxes, custom fees and other fees and you are responsible to pay for it.
Problem with your product:
It is the policy of Odacite Inc. to deal with customer issues quickly. Customer service concerns are best dealt with by calling our toll-free number (800 809 8714) and/or by sending us an email to contact@odacite.com. We will do whatever we can to solve your problem in a fair and efficient manner.
Exchanges, Refunds and Return Policy:
You may return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the shipping date. Shipping and handling is non-refundable, a minimum of $25 per package depending on destination. Please call us toll Free at 1 800 809 8714 for a return authorization number. Packages sent back to us with no return authorization number will not be refunded.
Damaged Shipments:
When your order arrives please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately at +1 800 809 8714 Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time. Please provide your order number when you call and please retain the shipping box, packaging materials, and damaged items. We will contact the carrier to inspect and pick up the damaged package.
