  2. Do you use preservatives?

    Since our products are fresh, there is no need for any synthetic preservatives or any harmful chemicals.

  3. What is the Freshiency™ Date?

    It is the window of time during which each ingredient in our products maintains its full freshness and efficiency.

  4. Can I keep my products after the Freshiency™ Date?

    After 6 months in a bottle, all skin care products start to lose their potency. To benefit from the full efficacy of our fresh formulations, we recommend you use them within the Freshiency Date.

  5. Do I need to refrigerate my products?

    Our products will perform in their optimum potency for 6 months without refrigeration (check your Freshiency Date). If you want to use our products for more than 6 months, we recommend you use our mini-fridge, which allows our products to retain all their vital force after 6 months.

  6. Why can’t I buy just one product?

    Of course you can! Just click on "Add to Cart" on each individual product page. We offer beauty packages because our products are formulated to complement each other and work in synergy to deliver tremendous joint benefits. 

  7. What kind of cleanser does Odacite offer?

    Our cleanser is water soluble to remove surface impurities, such as pollutants, makeup, bacteria and excess oil, without disturbing the skin's delicate moisture and oil balance. A good cleanser should be gentle and non-foaming.

  8. Why do I need a day and night cream?

    During the day, our Beautiful Day Moisturizer will protect your skin from environmental damages. In the evening, our Night Time Antioxidants Repair Serum will deliver a high concentration of anti-aging agents to repair and renew, while letting your skin breathe to allow for detoxification.

  9. Are your products for all skin types?

    Our products are formulated to be anti-aging and designed to balance and restore radiance to mature, dry, normal, sensitive and combination skin. Some clients have had great results on acne-prone skin, but we recommend you consult your dermatologist if you have skin condition like acne or eczema.

  10. Should I exfoliate?

    Exfoliating will make a noticeable difference by removing the top layer of dead skin. It will add radiance to a dull complexion, refining skin texture, encouraging cell renewal and allowing deeper penetration of our products.

  11. Should I use a masque?

    Absolutely! Our Deep Hydration Masque has tremendous healing properties. It infuses the skin with antioxidants and vitamins.

  12. What are the benefits of eye cream?

    The skin around your eye is the most delicate. Without any sebaceous (oil) glands, the skin is more prone to wrinkles. Eye creams are designed to address the specific needs of your eye contour.

  13. If you are sold out, can I reserve the next batch?

    Yes! Just send an email to contact@odacite.com explaining which package you want to reserve and we will contact you as soon as we have products available.

  14. Can I return my products if I don’t like them?

    You may return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the shipping date. Shipping and handling is non-refundable (a minimum of $25 per package depending on the destination). Please call us toll-free at 1 (800) 809-8714 for a return authorization number. Packages sent back to us with no return authorization number will not be refunded.

    Yes, you can pay in Canadian Dollars, Euros or British Pounds as long as you are using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Currency exchange will be performed automatically, bank to bank. Sometimes, your bank may take a commission. You can check the current exchange rate on www.xe.com.

  18. Can I order in another country?

    Yes! We ship our products to homes in 22 countries. Place your order and enter your credit card information. Your bank will exchange the currency for you, but they might take a commission. You are responsible to check the custom legislation in your country and comply with it.
