Can I buy your Collection in stores?
No, our products never wait on shelves. We make them fresh and directly ship them to you. On the other hand by the time “Regular” Organic skin care are put on shelves for you to buy, they are most likely three month away from their preparation. By then a lot of the ingredient’s vital properties are lost. Did you know that most organic skin care is manufactured to have a two years shelf life? How can you be two-year-old fresh?

Can I keep my products after the Freshiency™ date?
After 3 month in a bottle all skin care products start to loose their potency, you can use our products up to 5 month after their manufacturing date but they will not be as efficient.

Do I need to refrigerate my produce?
To maximize the exceptional benefits of our products, we recommend you use our mini-fridge that allows our products to retain all their vital force. However our products are safe to use without refrigeration as we use a combination of plant extracts and Vitamins, and a Freshiency™ Date to insure the security of our skin care.

Why can’t I buy just one product?
Yes you can buy just one product. On each product page you can click "add to cart". However, the best is to use a Collection of vital Organic products in a daily routine is essential. Each product has an essential job to do and work in synergy with each other, delivering tremendous joint benefits.

What kind of cleanser do you use?
Our cleanser is water soluble to remove surface impurities such as pollutants, make-up, bacteria and excess oil, without disturbing the delicate moisture and oil balance. A good cleanser should be gentle, mild and non-abrasive.

Why do I need a Day cream and Night cream?
During the day our Day Moisturizer will protect your skin from environmental damages. At night our Night Serum will let your skin breathe to allow detoxification and while delivering a high concentration of anti-aging agents to repair and renew.

Are your products for all skin type?
Our products are designed to balance and restore radiance to mature, dry, normal, sensitive and combination skin. Some clients have had great results on Acne prone skins, but we recommend you consult your dermatologist if you have skin condition like Acne or Eczema.

Should I exfoliate?
Exfoliation is not as primordial as cleansing and moisturizing, yet exfoliating once a week will make a noticeable difference by removing the top layer of dead skin. Bringing radiance to dull complexion and allowing deeper penetration of our products.

Should I use a Masque?
Masque has tremendous healing properties, they infuse the skin with antioxidants and vitamins.

What are the benefits of eye Cream?
The skin around your eye is the most delicate in your body. Whithout any sebaceous (oil) gland the skin is more prone to wrinkle. Eye cream are designed to address the specific needs of your eye contour.

Can I return my products if I don’t like them?
You may return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the shipping date. Shipping and handling is non-refundable, a minimum of $25 per package depending on destination. Please call us toll Free at 1 800 809 8714 for a return authorization number. Packages sent back to us with no return authorization number will not be refunded.
